You'll drive initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech while mentoring the next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive opportunities
- Design proof-of-concept prototypes for next-generation digital solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor R&D teams in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends or innovation management
