Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and Web3 integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management and Go-to-Market strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certifications in AI ethics, cloud architecture, or innovation management
