Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, autonomous systems, etc.)
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital transformation initiatives
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and disruption analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature Technology)
- Experience securing $100M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation portfolios
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
