Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for scalability and commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-use-case scenarios
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with proficiency in scenario modeling and forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS) or Innovation Management
