Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI implementations
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Futures Planning preferred
- Experience with regulatory compliance for frontier technologies
