Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including neural interfaces and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI deployment and ensure compliance with future regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic technology plans to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for future-focused R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios and predict adoption curves
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing technology investment decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., from Singularity University)
