Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with global market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum machine learning and biometric interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for future tech domains
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D budget through data-driven investment proposals
- Represent company at global tech forums including CES and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in C-suite or VP-level roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching market-defining tech products post-2020
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling skills for large-scale technology investments
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaboration projects
