Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive innovations
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Foster partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and other future-focused institutions
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible technological adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record in scaling from R&D to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent
- Experience managing global research teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Security clearance preferred for DoD/NASA collaborations
