Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps forecasting industry shifts and emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Analyze quantum/AI convergence impacts on business models and operations
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric integrations
- Present strategic briefings to board members and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Strong understanding of ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across multiple markets
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
