Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and impact analyses to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership publications
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains with published industry insights
- Proven experience building and scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Track record of launching innovative products or services with measurable market impact
