Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and risk assessments for emerging tech adoption
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into existing ecosystems
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive innovation workshops to foster a future-oriented culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and their market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past technology strategy implementations and their outcomes
