Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in next-gen tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic labs, startups, and global research initiatives
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with >$10M impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
