- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technological shifts and their competitive implications
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technological adoption success
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with rigorous financial modeling and risk assessment
- Build strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum computing
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting
- Strong financial modeling skills with P&L responsibility for tech portfolios
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
