Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM) on AI/quantum
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to >100M users
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic chips, and carbon-negative computing
- Certification in Global Technology Governance (GTG) from World Economic Forum
