- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with 18-month predictive horizon
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum adoption, and green tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investor committees
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives at enterprise level
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercializations
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and sustainable tech principles
