Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI integration systems
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, fusion energy)
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with 95% adoption rate
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants through DARPA, NSF, and EU Horizon programs
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied futurism and technology ethics
- Author white papers cited in IEEE Nature journals and World Economic Forum publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Strategic Innovation with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market (3+ unicorn exits)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University certification preferred)
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks for AI, biotech, and autonomous systems
