Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate-tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies including neural interfaces and decentralized AI systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess market readiness
- Design frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech deployment
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology ROI and future viability
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on enterprise-level transformations
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and climate-tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Professional certifications in AI governance (e.g., CAG) or quantum computing (e.g., QCP)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech innovations with measurable market impact
