Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present technology strategies and ROI projections to executive leadership and investors
- Build and manage a dedicated innovation lab with $2M+ annual pilot funding
- Represent InnovateX at global tech conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and regulatory landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
