Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of tech innovators and academic partners
- Develop future-state scenario models for market disruption planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology roadmapping (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience building technology ecosystems across academia and industry
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
