Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in biotech, neurotech, and climate tech
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs bridging engineering, design, and business units
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present technology visions to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on 2020+ innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, or AR/VR)
- Executive experience in scaling tech ventures through Series C+ funding rounds
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism from Tier-1 institution
- Proficiency in technology forecasting tools (Delphi, Horizon Scan, Patent Analytics)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
