- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions with venture partners
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with academic research labs and technology incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting emerging tech deployment
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology futures and industry disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience with venture capital ecosystem and startup acceleration
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFS) preferred
