Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching AI or quantum products at scale
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management and R&D frameworks

- Certified in agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum Master preferred)
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy
