Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech divisions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends and disruption opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum-safe infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level briefings on tech implications for business strategy
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technologies and strategic thinking
- Secure patents and publish white papers on future tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech domains
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, CFS)
- Experience with patent development and tech innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry publications
