- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, biotech, decentralized systems) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring tech adoption and ROI in future ecosystems
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Drive sustainability integration into core technology architecture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching category-defining products (post-2020)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (WFS) or equivalent future planning methodology
- Experience scaling tech operations across 3+ international markets
