Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning for ethical AI adoption and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate emerging technology investments
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation velocity
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with data-driven allocation decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven experience in scaling tech ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP certified)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep expertise in generative AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (e.g., MIT Sloan, Nature)
- Successful track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic (for global partnerships)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technology launches
