Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure for high-volume, low-latency applications.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in developing next-generation machine learning models and neural networks.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for our core AI product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, UX) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and responsible AI usage.
- Conduct deep research into emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Experience designing distributed systems and managing large-scale data pipelines.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
