- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives in partnership with Silicon Valley's premier research institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
- Secure partnerships with industry leaders to accelerate innovation adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
