Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies including generative AI and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to co-create industry standards for 2026 adoption
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with focus on sustainable technology solutions
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists across AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven insights
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions at Fortune 100 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Strong network connections with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Certification in Technology Strategy from MIT/Stanford or equivalent
