Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and knowledge-sharing programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends impacting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience presenting at major conferences (Web Summit, CES, TechCrunch Disrupt)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and international tech ecosystems
