Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present executive briefings and stakeholder reports on technology impact assessments
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry consortia
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and market analysis frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data science
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile environments
