Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for technology adoption and innovation through 2026 and beyond
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Develop and present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into product roadmaps
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in emerging technology verticals
- Manage technology forecasting scenarios and risk assessment frameworks
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year planning)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
