- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present futuristic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Champion ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services in emerging domains
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global R&D centers
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
