You'll shape our innovation pipeline while balancing technical feasibility with commercial viability, all while championing a culture of continuous experimentation and ethical tech adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption ROI and impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Drive internal innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global matrix organizations
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
