Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) and their market implications
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technology scouts
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and other global tech summits
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience building and managing high-performing innovation teams
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep network of contacts in global tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
