Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market shifts
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum AI, neurotech, climate tech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Present strategic briefings to board members and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Oversee patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Ensure all initiatives align with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech

- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
