Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market trend forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem with startups and research institutions
- Quantify potential ROI and risk factors for technology adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum computing, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Credibility with executive stakeholders and ability to influence decision-making
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technology domains
