Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-driven automation, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at global forums
- Design and validate prototypes for next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and cutting-edge research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 5+ years foresight experience
- Proven track record in translating trend analysis into commercial innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or tech ethics (preferred)
