Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors and market signals to inform strategic pivots
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive board
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact modeling
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Executive presence with board-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
