- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to maintain first-mover advantage
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for high-impact initiatives
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology)
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment evaluation
- Experience scaling technical teams in high-growth environments
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
