Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders
- Manage the innovation portfolio, prioritizing projects with maximum ROI and impact
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning preferred
