Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizons, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive market shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory implications for future adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) and their business applications
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology qualification preferred
