Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify commercialization opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Partner with academic institutions to shape next-gen research agendas
- Build scenarios for technology adoption across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
