Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives with measurable ROI
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting technological adoption
- Drive innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Maintain technology forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy for key industry indicators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or equivalent senior tech leadership role
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-facing technologies with $50M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong network within technology innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
