Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with global market trends and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead quantum-AI integration projects to solve unsolvable computational challenges
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technical strategy into board-level presentations
- Manage $50M+ R&D portfolio with focus on sustainable tech and climate-positive innovations
- Establish strategic alliances with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field or equivalent innovation credentials
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale tech transformation ($100M+ impact)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience briefing Fortune 500 boards and government technology councils
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Active contributor to IEEE or ACM future technology committees
