- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align technology initiatives with company goals.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of new technologies, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess competitive landscape and technological disruptions to maintain competitive advantage.
- Drive innovation through internal R&D initiatives and external partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies in a dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.) and their business applications.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
