Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision strategy aligning with market trends and organizational goals

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure R&D funding and strategic partnerships
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors, clients, and industry stakeholders
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT)
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams (50+ members)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
