Responsibilities
- Design scalable workforce architectures integrating AI, automation, and human augmentation
- Develop predictive talent analytics models using quantum computing and behavioral data
- Architect hybrid work frameworks balancing productivity, engagement, and sustainability
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing neuro-inclusive workplace technologies
- Create ethical AI governance frameworks for talent management systems
- Develop strategic workforce resilience plans for geopolitical and climate disruptions
- Establish KPIs measuring human capital ROI in exponential environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic HR, organizational design, or workforce analytics
- Expertise in AI/ML workforce applications and quantum computing fundamentals
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale talent ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
- Published thought leadership on future of work (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan)
- Experience with neurodiversity-inclusive technology implementation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
