Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for critical technical roles, including outreach and interview coordination.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers during weekend hours.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media platforms to identify passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with full-time team members to align on hiring goals and ensure seamless transition of weekend leads.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging skills and trends relevant to our client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage tasks with high attention to detail.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools is highly preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required.
