Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical recruiting with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML sourcing tools and predictive analytics for talent acquisition
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech landscapes
- Certification in Future Skills Forecasting or Strategic Workforce Planning
- Experience building recruitment frameworks for non-existent roles
- Proficiency in global talent mobility and remote hiring strategies
- Track record of hiring specialists in nascent tech fields
- MBA or Master's in Human Capital Management preferred
