Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, next-generation AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the architectural vision for integrating quantum processing units with classical machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps that align with 2026 strategic goals.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging tech trends, including Neuromorphic Engineering and Synthetic Biology.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the deployment of high-stakes simulations to predict global market and environmental shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong willingness to master them.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
